HSC CERTIFICATE & EXAM
The HSC Certificate is necessary for the purchase of handguns in the
state of California. BW & BW Sales is licensed to administer the
exam and issue the certificate. However, this exam must be taken in
person. The cost to take the exam is $30.00 and $10.00 for the card. A preparation booklet
