At BW & BW Sales, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth purchasing experience. Due to federal regulations and the nature of firearms and ammunition, certain items are not eligible for return. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Firearms & Ammunition

All firearm and ammunition sales are final.

Once a firearm is transferred to you by your FFL dealer, it cannot be returned.

If your background check is denied, the firearm will be returned to us and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Firearms must be inspected at your FFL dealer before transfer.

After transfer, all warranty issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Returns on Non‑Firearm Products

Accessories and gear may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

Items must be in new, resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping Issues

Lost or stolen packages must be reported immediately.

We will assist with carrier claims, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.
